The plug-and-play driver PSHI 512F65B is an intelligent high power IGBT driver designed for all 6500V, 130mm/190mm high power IGBT modules. The driver adopt special chips (ASICs) design which based on DMOS technology, features PSHI 0512F-HV driver core and simple peripheral circuit, which makes it has characteristics of compact structure, easy to use and high cost-effective. Vacuum potting with organic silica gel, the driver has impact resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging and high dielectric strength ( ≥ 25 kv/mm) and excellent waterproof properties.To protect the driver against moisture, dust and salt fog, its adapter board is coated with three-proof protective agents.The adaption of the drivers to the application has been improved by using pins to changing several parameters and functions. It can drive different current level IHV-IGBTs through simply adjusting the value of IGBT gate resistor RGon, RGoff and VCEref.
